    Getting Fit: A challenge for beginner runners or those of you who want to start running.

    Week 1: Run one minute. Walk 90 seconds. Repeat eight times. Do three times a week.

    Week 2: Run two minutes. Walk one minute. Repeat seven times. Do three times a week.

    Week 3: Run three minutes. Walk one minute. Repeat six times. Do three times a week.

    Week 4: Run five minutes. Walk two minutes. Repeat four times. Do three times a week.

    Week 5: Run eight minutes. Walk two minutes. Repeat three times. Do three times a week.

    Week 6: Run twelve minutes. Walk one minute. Repeat three times. Do three times a week.

    Week 7: Run fifteen minutes. Walk one minute. Run fifteen minutes. Do three times a week.

    Week 8: Run thirty minutes continuously.

  12. I’m done lying to you guys and myself. No more slacking, no more shit food every day. Tomorrow I start C25K, yet again. I’ll be focusing on arms and abs until June 1st, with some legs days thrown in. After that I’ll get a set schedule of arms and legs. Absolutely no more bullshit. If I hadn’t screwed myself up I’d be where I want to be by now, but that only pushes me more. I’m back and more determined than ever.

  15. Today kick-starts my renewed journey of health and fitness. I’ve been slacking since the week before finals. NO MORE. I’ve managed to still maintain, miraculously, but that’s not good enough. I can and should still be losing, so I will. Cleaning my room and dancing like a maniac all day, then a run with boyfriend tonight. Healthy meals today. Nothing else.
